cigarettes and change bad eating habits.
Fasting
is aimed at the whole person, spirit, soul and body.

Through
fasting
one becomes detoxicated, physical and toxic waste products are
eliminated from the body along with fat and protein.
One loses on average 6 kilos (men) & 5 kilos (women) during one
week of fasting and you will feel healthier and more satisfied
without feeling hungry.
The body’s connective tissue automatically renews itself and as
a result the skin becomes much better and irregularities
disappear.
Flatulence is relieved, bowel flora regenerates itself and the
immune system is reinforced.
The regeneration of the bowels and the psychosomatic impact of
fasting stimulates the body’s own physical antibodies and the
metabolism undergoes renewal.
High cholesterol, hypertensions and rheumatism pains disappear
and the body’s biological ageing process slows.

Ones body will
be nourished with watered down ecological fruit juices and
vegetable broths, mineral nutrients and vitamins.
In addition, one has to drink 2/3 liters of mineral water each day.
According to
your personal condition it is advisable to exercise through
running, jogging, walking or swimming.
Sauna helps
detoxicating ones body when used to this.

It concerns a supervised fasting course, divided over 7 to 8 days.

abstaining coffee, alcohol, cigarettes, etc.
Instructions and introducing visualization are presented.
Fasting days include:
- Water
- Brews of vegetables
- Fruit juices
- Herbal tea
- Minerals & vitamin supplements
- Every other day rinsing
- Visualizations each day
- Chi machine
- Kneipp treatment - hydrotherapeutic
- Mandala Painting
- Gaskets of the liver
- Yoga meetings (2 hrs)
- Walks

- Entertainment and reflection as much as possible
Building up days - Learning how one can become in a healthy feeding rut

Psychology and Hypnotherapy.
Studied at the University of Barcelona, a diploma of
the university in Erlangen-Nürenberg in Germany, as well as several
titles obtained in New York and Seattle.
